Use the files in three steps

  1. Save a private copy. Open the TXT file in a text editor or word processor and save it under your own file reference.
  2. Complete the relevant sections. Duplicate blocks where needed. Mark missing information rather than guessing it.
  3. Review before sharing. Check names, dates and references, and confirm the appropriate sharing method with the recipient.

There are no macros, formulas or automatic deadline calculations in these files. You can print them from your editor. If your browser opens a TXT file instead of downloading it, use its save or share option.
