Dr. Tarun Singh, Advocate
Professional Biography
Dr. Tarun Singh is an Indian advocate whose practice focuses on criminal litigation, bail matters and criminal justice. He began his legal practice at Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, in 2021.
His practice subsequently expanded to the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India, where his Supreme Court practice began in 2023.
He is the Head of Dr. Tarun and Associates (Advocates & Legal Consultants). His professional interests include criminal procedure, personal liberty, constitutional safeguards, cyber law and the application of law to digital commerce.
His doctoral research examines cyber laws in India, with particular reference to e-commerce businesses. His work as a legal author includes writing on bail, criminal justice and contemporary legal questions.
