Dr. Tarun Singh, Advocate
Professional biography
Dr. Tarun Singh is an Indian advocate whose practice focuses on criminal litigation, bail matters and criminal justice. He began his practice at Dwarka Courts in 2021 and later appeared before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India, where his Supreme Court practice began in 2023.
He is the Head of Dr. Tarun and Associates (Advocates & Legal Consultants). His professional interests include criminal procedure, personal liberty, cyber law and the application of law to digital commerce.
Dr. Singh’s doctoral research examines cyber laws in India, with particular reference to e-commerce businesses. His work as a legal author includes writing on bail, criminal justice and contemporary legal questions.
